This guide provides a clear overview of how international shipping works when purchasing our products from overseas.
For international customers, we recommend using BEX Int’l Shopping Service (BEX), a trusted proxy purchasing and forwarding service.

Whether you are ordering from nearby or across the globe, we hope this guide helps you shop with confidence.

1. How Shipping Works

A) Domestic shipping (within Japan)

IKEHIKO ships products directly to customers with free shipping.

B) International Shipping

Since IKEHIKO Japan does not currently offer direct international shipping, customers can choose from two different ways to receive products overseas, depending on how they prefer to place their order.
In both cases, international delivery is handled through our trusted proxy purchasing and forwarding partner, BEX.

【Method 1】 Using the BEX Cart

BEX purchases the product on your behalf and ships it directly overseas.

How to purchase using BEX cart?

Process

  1. BEX purchases the item for you.
    You place your order through the BEX cart, using the 【Add to cart】 window on product page.

  2. BEX ships the item internationally
    BEX sends the package to your overseas address using the shipping method you select (EMS, Air Mail, Sea Mail, etc.).

Important：In this case, the transaction is between the customer and BEX, not between the customer and IKEHIKO Japan.

BEX Int'l Shopping Service Regulations

For items purchased using the BEX cart (BEX proxy purchasing service) and shipped overseas, all returns, cancellations, and after-sales procedures follow the BEX return policy and regulations.

【Method 2】Using the Shopify Cart

 You purchase and pay for the product directly on the IKEHIKO Japan website.


Since IKEHIKO Japan does not currently support direct international shipping, you must enter the address of the BEX forwarding warehouse as your shipping address.


How to Order via Shopify + Forward with BEX

  1. Create a BEX member account using the link below:
    https://bex.market/en/register

  2. Approve your registration using the link sent to you by BEX. (Email)

  3. Find the product you want to buy on the IKEHIKO Japan online store.

  4. Add the product to your cart and proceed to checkout.

  5. Enter the BEX warehouse address as the shipping address when placing your order.
    Your membership number starts with BXXXX and must be included in the address.

What Happens After Your Order Arrives at BEX warehouse
Same for Method 1 and Method 2

  1. Once the package arrives at the BEX warehouse,
    BEX will send you an arrival notification.

  2. You can then submit a shipping request from your BEX account.

  3. Select your preferred international shipping method and
    pay the international shipping fee to BEX.

2. Shipping Fees and Shipping Methods

How Shipping Fees Are Calculated

International shipping fees are determined during the second payment, when you request shipment from BEX to your overseas address.

The final cost depends on:

1.Destination Country/Region
2.Selected Shipping Method (EMS, Air Mail, Sea Mail, etc.)
3.Total Weight and Size of the Product

  • Domestic shipping fees from IKEHIKO Japan to the BEX warehouse follow our standard policy.

  • You can estimate the international shipping cost in advance using the Shipping Fee Simulation tool on the BEX website.

Shipping Methods and Estimated Delivery Days

BEX offers mainly the following shipping methods, each with different delivery times and costs.

3. Customs Duties and Taxes

Any import duties, VAT, customs clearance fees, or other taxes imposed by your country will be the responsibility of the customer.

These charges must be paid directly to your local courier or customs office upon delivery.
Tax rules vary by region, so please check the regulations in your country if needed.

4. Packaging

Packaging by IKEHIKO Japan

We take care to package all products securely before sending them to the BEX warehouse.

Packaging Services by BEX

If you have multiple packages arriving at BEX, you may request Consolidated Packing.

Benefits of Consolidated Packing

  • Multiple items can be combined into one package

  • May reduce the total international shipping cost

You can request consolidation from the My Account page on the BEX website.


5. Flow from Order to Shipment

  1. Place your order on the IKEHIKO Japan website

  2. Product is shipped to the BEX warehouse

  3. BEX receives the package and notifies you

  4. Customers select the international shipping method on BEX and pay the international shipping fee

  5. BEX ships your order overseas

  6. Receive your package and pay any customs fees required
