 While we do not offer direct international shipping yet, you can purchase IKEHIKO products from anywhere in the world by using our official partner, BEX Int'l Shopping Service. This guide provides a clear, step-by-step procedure for purchasing through BEX.

How to Purchase: What is BEX Int'l Shopping Service?

BEX Int'l Shopping Service is a "proxy purchase service" that buys products from Japanese online stores on behalf of overseas customers and ships them to the customer's address. By using this service, you can easily and securely obtain Japanese products that do not typically support international shipping.

 The purchase process consists of the following two-stage payment system:

This system allows you to first pay for the product price to confirm your order, and then pay the international shipping fee, which is calculated based on the product's weight and your shipping destination once it got to the BEX warehouse.

1. Preparation Before Purchase

Please prepare the following for a smooth purchase process:

•       Valid Email Address: Necessary to receive important notifications from BEX, such as order confirmation and shipping notices.

•       Credit Card: Used for paying the product price and shipping fees. The following card brands are accepted

    VISA, Mastercard, JCB, American Express, Diners Club

2. Step-by-Step Purchase Guide

Here is the procedure from selecting a product to completing your order, explained step-by-step.

Step 1: Select a Product and Add to Cart

First, visit the IKEHIKO Japan official website and select the product you wish to purchase. Choose options such as color and size on the product page, confirm the quantity.

When you visit to IKEHIKO Japan from outside Japan, a BEX Int'l Shopping Service cart (Yellow cart) guide will automatically appear.  Click the "Add to Cart" button within this window again to add the product to the BEX Int'l Shopping Service cart.

Step 2: Register or log in to BEX

After being redirected to the BEX cart page, review the contents and click "Proceed to checkout". You will be prompted to log in or register for a new BEX account. If you are a first-time user, please follow the on-screen instructions to create an account. Registration requires setting your name, email address, and password.

Account Activation: After registration, BEX will send an approval email to the email address you provided. You must follow the instructions in this email to activate your account before proceeding to the next step. If you do not receive the email, please check your spam folder.

Step 3: Primary Payment (Product Price Settlement)

After logging in, you will proceed to the order confirmation screen. Confirm the product, quantity, and price, select your payment method, and complete the settlement for the product price (Primary Payment). Then add your Shipping Address. The international shipping fee is not included at this stage.

Step 4: Proxy Purchase by BEX and Arrival at Warehouse

Once the Primary Payment is complete, BEX will purchase the product from IKEHIKO Japan on your behalf. You will receive an email notification at your registered email address when the product arrives at the BEX domestic warehouse.

Step 5: Secondary Payment
(International Shipping Fee and Handling Fee Settlement)

Upon receiving the warehouse arrival notification email, log in to your BEX My Page and proceed with the Secondary Payment. Here, you will select your preferred shipping method and pay the total amount, which combines the International Shipping Fee and the Proxy Purchase Handling Fee (¥300 JPY).

Step 6: Shipping and Arrival

Once the Secondary Payment is complete, the product will be shipped from the BEX warehouse to your specified address. You will receive a shipping notification email with a tracking number. All that remains is to wait for your product to arrive.

[IMPORTANT] 

In this case, the transaction is between the customer and BEX, not between the customer and IKEHIKO Japan.

BEX Int'l Shopping Service Regulations

For items purchased using the BEX cart (BEX proxy purchasing service) and shipped overseas, all returns, cancellations, and after-sales procedures follow the BEX return policy and regulations.
