Returns & Refunds
All sales are final.
Our prices include the product, international shipping, and all import duties and taxes (DDP – Delivered Duty Paid). You will never be charged anything extra upon delivery.
Because shipping and import duties are paid in full on your behalf at the time of shipment and cannot be recovered once processed, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for change-of-mind orders.
If your item arrives defective or incorrect, we will make it right.
1. All Sales Are Final
We do not accept returns or exchanges for the following reasons:
- Change of mind
- Ordered the wrong size or color
- Item no longer needed
- Found a lower price elsewhere

2. When We Make It Right
If any of the following apply, we will resolve the issue at no cost to you:
- Item arrives damaged or defective
- Item received does not match your order (wrong product, size, or color)
- Item is significantly different from the product description
We will offer either:
→ A full refund of everything you paid (item + shipping + duties)
→ A replacement, shipped at our expense
You may choose either option, but not both for the same order.

3. Shipping Issues
3-1. Lost Packages
If your tracking shows no update for more than 7 business days after the expected delivery date, please contact us. We will open an investigation with the carrier.
If the package is confirmed lost, we will issue a full refund or send a replacement.
3-2. Address Errors / Refused Delivery
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided at checkout, or due to refusal of delivery, the shipping and import duties paid for the original shipment cannot be recovered. Return freight fees charged by the carrier will also apply.
In such cases, we may offer a partial refund at our discretion, after deducting all unrecoverable costs.

Q. Can I return an item if I simply change my mind?

Q. My item arrived damaged. What should I do?
A. Contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos of the damage and your order number. We will arrange a full refund or replacement at no cost to you.
Q. I ordered the wrong size. Can I exchange it?
A.Unfortunately, we are unable to process exchanges for ordering errors. Please double-check sizes and dimensions on the product page before placing your order. Our team is happy to help if you have questions.
Q. My package still hasn't arrived. What should I do?
A. If tracking shows no update for more than 7 business days past your expected delivery date, please contact us and we will investigate with the carrier right away.
